• Understand the impact of the oral microbiome on oral and systemic diseases.
• Comprehend the Assessment, Disclosing, Motivation, AIRFLOW®, PERIOFLOW®, PIEZON®, Check and Recare phases of the GBT workflow.
• Understand the practice, patient, and provider benefit when implementing the GBT Protocol.
• Understand the Technology Required to provide GBT in Preventative and non-surgical periodontal Therapy.

• Hours 1-3: Theory and evidence of the GBT Protocol, handpiece and component review, reprocessing, device 101, AFPM disinfection, weekly maintenance, recommended water and power settings.
• Hour 4: Pre-clinical application using GBT Training Tools
• Hours 5-6: Clinical partner care hands-on application of all GBT handpieces, tools, and instruments
