Event Description
‘Inside Out: Artist Talk & Zine Swap’ is a new bimonthly event series at Art House, happening on the first Sunday of the month from 6-8pm. Each edition will feature a different guest artist who will share a brief talk about their experience making zines, their techniques and their inspirations, offering a behind-the-scenes look into their creative process. The evening wraps up with a community zine swap—bring your own zines to trade, share, and connect with fellow creators. Come early - zines will surely be scooped up fast!
About
The first iteration of Inside Out will take place on Sunday, June 1st featuring guest artist Yuli Sato. The event is open to the public and is intended to be a creative brainstorm, workshop, sharing of ideas and processes. If you are interested in participating in the zine swap, we ask that you bring a handful of your work/collection to trade with. The more people that bring zines to contribute, the richer the collection will be! This is a free event. Zine makers are encouraged to bring at least 5 zines to make available for swapping.
