Bios
Lives Like Skyscrapers primarily based out of Ottawa draws influences from a range of genres including indie rock, post rock, folk, chamber pop and americana. Singer songwriter Ryan Neeb tells stories of grief, anguish and love expressed in an abstract manner. The instrumentation delivers undertones of hope and optimism, forging intricate soundscapes and explosive walls of sound.

Lives Like Skyscrapers have had the privilege of playing a lot of cool rooms over the past couple of years including Cameron House (Toronto), P'tit Ours (Montreal), Dive Bar (Waterloo) and Irene's (Ottawa). Lives Like Skyscrapers have had the honour of sharing the stage with Ron Leary, Mike Dubue (Hilotrons, Timber Timbre, The Sadies) and Raphael Weinroth-Browne, just to name a few.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY INFO
We provide gender-neutral washrooms. We have one wheelchair accessible washroom. There is no wheelchair ramp. There is a set of 8 stairs to get into the building (7 steps, small landing, and then an 8th step). Once inside, the whole cafe floor is flat, with the exception of our small room to the side, which is a small step down.
We are licensed to provide alcohol, but serve a variety of non-alcoholic options.
This event takes place on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People.
