Indian Food Festival of Ottawa – a vibrant celebration of India’s rich culinary heritage and cultural diversity! This annual event in its second year brings together the tantalizing flavors, aromas, and traditions of Indian cuisine right to the heart of Canada’s capital. From spicy street food and fragrant curries to traditional sweets and regional specialties, the festival offers a delicious journey through India’s diverse culinary landscape.
With immense success in its first year from hosting 25+ vendors and 20k attendees over three days, we are coming back with more exciting partnerships and programming this year with the generous support from the Province of Ontario.
Whether you're a seasoned lover of Indian food or new to its incredible variety, there's something here for everyone. Visitors can enjoy live cooking demonstrations, taste authentic dishes from various Indian states, and explore a curated selection of vegetarian, vegan, and meat-based options. The festival also features cultural performances, traditional music, dance, and artisan stalls, making it a full sensory experience for all ages.
