Images of broken light which dance before me like a million eyes
They call me on and on across the universe

Who are you? What if in this very moment you have the keys to a thousand doorways to worlds across the universe? What if you gave yourself the chance to journey and transform in these worlds? What if you could travel with others and share in the journey together?
This movement research workshop is about inviting ourselves to be inhabited by the unknown. From here we access what worlds exist beyond our skin. Movement will be the keys in our journey. This workshop is inspired and informed by Butoh, Somatic Experiencing, and Contact Improvisation.
Themes we will explore in our journey will include water, light, and darkness. We will engage in solo, partner, and group movement improvisation. Together we discover the body of the possible.
This workshop is open to all levels. No prior dance experience is necessary.
