Healing from the Heart - a sacred sound experience

Join Rebecca White Raven for this opportunity to drop into a deeply meditative state with sweet sacred sound – a place where deep healing can occur.

Rebecca will guide us into stillness and heart connection, then provide a concert of sacred sounds created by a wide range of instruments including crystal and tibetan singing bowls, various percussion instruments, chimes, tingshaws and Rebecca’s voice.

Please be sure to register in advance with Mountaingoat Yoga as space is limited. Wear something comfy and bring a mat to lay on. We look forward to stepping into this magical space with you!
