The Sound Healing Journeys are intuitively created using~432Hz Crystal Quartz & Tibetan Singing Bowls, woven with Medicine Songs, Drums, & other healing instruments, providing soothing vibrations allowing for a full body relaxation, restoration & cellular rejuvenation.
The vibrational journeys are designed to impact the physical, mental, emotional & energetic levels of the body restoring harmony within all the multidimensional layers of anatomy. Promoting overall good Health & Wellbeing for the Body, Mind & Spirit.
The deeply relaxing meditative experience takes you on an inner journey of self-discovery.
Resonating through every cell of your body, the vibrations of sound guide you to explore your inner world, gently release stuck energy patterns, limiting beliefs, & other blockages in a safe, supportive & welcoming environment.
*Free parking in the school lot across from the hall, or on the street.
* Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and wear comfy layered clothing for moving and sweating in.
* Please take this time away from your devices and phones to be fully present in your body.
* We dance in bare feet (indoor dance shoes also work, if need be)
* Once on the dance floor, you're in the container- please refrain from speaking with words on the dance floor. Make space to let your body talk.

DJ SHIDO:
Shady Hafez also known by his stage name Shido, is electronic music artist DJ and hand drummer. He is a darbuka, djembe and handpan player. Shido is passionate about sharing his live organic drumbeats and collaborating with other artists
His distinctive style is influenced by electronic and deep-house music woven into the magical ethnic rhythms, with an upbeat yet reflective quality.
Shido's music is a journey through many moods and soundscapes. Setting a prime illustration of how electronic music has the ability to bridge cultural divides and unite people through the power of sound.
About Gabia Aurora:
Gabia Aurora facilitates guided Energy Healing & SoundBath Journeys, meditative experiences, private sessions, community events & holistic retreats. She also serves Kambosito, Rapéh, Sananga & facilitates Cacao Ceremonies.
Gabia is the founder of Sacred Seven Directions- offering various ancient healing practices used to Heal the Body, Mind & Spirit. Each offering promotes a guided inner journey of self-discovery, connection & transformation.
About Chana:
Chana is a free spirit, artist and lover of life. She has been dancing for over 20 years and facilitating Ecstatic Dance journeys since 2021. She believes in the medicinal healing process of dance and brings this understanding and magic to her events. She curates a special playlist and invites those present to go on a deep journey. Creating this experience is one her upmost deepest passion. Chana loves people and connecting deeply and authentically.
She believes that love is the highest vibration and feels like it can heal the world.
For the past 5 years she has been doing outreach work with the homeless population, & as a peer support worker.
She is passionate about supporting those who are dealing with mental health struggles, addictions and homelessness.
