Community Kirtan Party with OMBuds & Friends

As part of a 4-day weekend retreat in Ottawa (May 23rd - May 26th), please join us at our Community Kirtan Party on Friday, May 23rd from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Bring a friend!

OMBuds Kirtan & Friends will be leading us into this sweet practice of kirtan — repeating mantras – repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence. Kirtan starts at 7pm. You may bring a cushion or bench to sit on.
