After a sold-out debut, the Chef’s Table Series returns by popular demand for a second evening celebrating plant-based artistry.

This encore edition once again features Chef Reshad Rezai’s five-course vegan tasting menu, a journey through flavour, creativity, and global inspiration. Each course is crafted to surprise, delight, and showcase the richness of plant-based cuisine.

The evening is set to the soulful sounds of Woods & Gummeson, Ottawa’s acclaimed saxophone-piano duo, whose live performance brings warmth and intimacy to this unforgettable dining experience.

Course One – Prelude
Spinach and Celeriac Purée with Kale Crisps
A silken purée of spinach and celeriac, brightened with a hint of lemon and finished with crisp kale for contrast.

Course Two – Interlude
Leek Dumpling in Savory Tomato Reduction
A handcrafted dumpling with tender braised leek, set in a slow-simmered tomato reduction.

Course Three – Midpoint
Chanterelle Bruschetta
Caramelized chanterelles atop artisanal bread with a whisper of herbs and olive oil.

Course Four – Crescendo
Aubergine Cannelloni with Roasted Sweet Potato and Arrabbiata Sauce
A delicate roll of sautéed eggplant encasing a smooth vegetable purée, layered over roasted sweet potato and finished with a bold arrabbiata.

Course Five – Finale
Golden Sunset
Mango sorbet with toasted coconut flakes, a coconut cookie, and warm vegan caramel, a bright tropical finish to the tasting menu.
