Adopting Healthy Habits Symposium

The Human Behind the Responder (HBR) is hosting a symposium on June 13h, 2025 geared towards first responders named “Adopting Healthy Habits”. HBR encourages first responders to prioritize self-care, however that is not always easily done by those who serve.

Too many first responders’ careers are hampered by physical or emotional\psychological injuries or disability. Many of us have found healthy ways to work through the rigours of the job while others have had to reluctantly walk away. However the revolving door of dispensing with experienced but injured employees is not the solution.

We can do better.
