High blood pressure is the major cause of heart attacks and strokes in people over 40 in the UK. It often has no symptoms. In fact, 1 in 4 people with high blood pressure do not know they have it.

Get yours checked. Come along to one of the pop-up blood pressure testing events in the library. No booking required.
