Denne søndagen får vi besøk av Los Dos, en trio som spiller son jarocho – en levende, rytmisk og dansbar folkemusikksjanger fra Veracruz’ tropiske kyst i Mexico. 🇲🇽✨
Musikken spilles på tradisjonelle instrumenter som jarana, requinto og quijada de burro – en ekte hestekjeve brukt som perkusjon (!). I tillegg byr de på baritongitar, zapateado og vokal i en kraftfull akustisk miks midt på torget.

This Sunday, we welcome Los Dos, a trio playing son jarocho – a lively, rhythmic, and danceable folk music genre from the tropical coast of Veracruz, Mexico. 🇲🇽✨
The music is performed on traditional instruments like the jarana, requinto, and quijada de burro – an actual horse jawbone used as percussion (!). They also bring baritone guitar, zapateado footwork, and vocals in a powerful acoustic blend right in the square.
