The Power of Story Retreat

Before the written word, stories were how we understood, identified with our history and passed our history to the next generation. The of story power remains and guides us through daily life. We identify with the stories we tell ourselves and others, and those stories reflect what and how we think we show up in the world. When we change our story, we change our self.

In this retreat we will learn the power of story and how to change our story to reflect a better version of ourselves. Horses are compassionate listeners who can reflect our stories back to us in subtle ways that may help us to see things differently. In nature, outdoors, with friends, we have the opportunity to create a better outcome by telling a better story. Sharing your story is recommended, but if you want to bring your journal and work quietly on it, that is encouraged also.

This retreat offers time for you to dwell on your story and connect with others through story. Stories can create universes.
