Join us for a transformative vibrational journey centered around the sounds of the gong and the energies of the full moon. The gong is a powerful and transformative instrument that can help to clear out stuck or blocked energetic channels allowing sound and energy to pass through the body more freely, helping to reset emotional states to one of homeostasis or neutrality.

June’s full moon, the first full moon of Summer in the northern hemisphere, is also known as the Strawberry Moon. This moon celebrates all that Spring offers us, the abundance of new life, early crops (including strawberries) ready for gathering and flowers in full bloom. Come join us for this unique gong bath journey and welcome this energetic time of spiritual and emotional openness, connection and well-being.

Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows and other items that will help comfort you as you lay on the floor for relaxation.
