Yin Yoga Every Full Moon At The Moon Mercado, Downtown Orlando
Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga under the moonlight at the beautiful The Veranda at Thornton Park during the best night market in Downtown Orlando - The Moon Mercado ✨
Embrace the energy of the Full Moon as we flow through a calming and empowering yoga practice releasing all that is no longer serving us. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) promoting balance and self-discovery as we channel the energy of the moon around us + within us.
Our yoga session is beginner and family friendly! If you miss registration, please feel free to still drop into class for $15! We start at 6:30pm!
Please bring the following and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable as we will be outdoors:
• Yoga Mat
• Yoga blocks and/or any other supportive tools to make your practice comfortable
• Water
• Dress comfy
After Yoga, enjoy shopping, community, yap & scrap, conscious dance, drum circle and more during the full moon!
Please note - The Moon Mercado is a free night market to explore. Yoga takes place at 6:30PM during every Mercado and is only $15 to participate!
