I have just been made aware that I have been derelict in my duties to this group by not providing consistent feedback on our fundraising efforts and providing minutes for our last meeting.
For this I must sincerely apologize and will endeavor to improve on my responsibilities as secretary to the standing committee of this group.
With our previous fundraising efforts being successful, we have decided to continue with Katis again this year. Initial discussions have centered around the Mortuary in Levuka, towards which funds raised are expected to facilitate its refurbishment/repairs.
You will find attached two links one will be for the minutes of our last meeting and the other is for the Kati Cards allocation. you will need to click on these links to view only. If there are any changes to be made, please message me on +61408665867, with your name and comments.
We anticipate your usual generosity and support and are looking forward to catching up for fun filled day with yagona and food. We humbly seek donations for prizes as well and ask if each donation could be to the value of $50 or more please.
Please note that we will like to have the first of two Katis at the end of June or first week of July. We advise that the cut off time for all monies to be received by out treasure, Mrs Noellah Whippy, will be the 20th or 27th of June depending on the confirmation of the Kati Date. We expect the second Kati to held at the end of August or first week of September. This will be confirmed at a later date.
