Launch Day

In order to ensure the safety of all users of Whalan Reserve, our area cannot be accessed until after parkrun has finished.
Their typical finish time is 9:00, but it may be a few minutes later.
MEMBERS MUST NOT DRIVE ONTO THE SITE BEFORE 9:00, unless authorised.
If you arrive before 9:00, please wait in the carpark before the gate.
Make sure you park so you do not block the access - other users need to be able to drive to their area.
Be extra extra watchful when driving due to high pedestrian activity. Avoid any muddy areas
As usual, we need members to volunteer for the roles of RSO, LCO and Flight Safety Review.
Any member that ordered a T-shirt will be able to collect it.
