Breastfeeding grief: when breastfeeding has ended unexpectedly.

We live in a world where we rarely consider breastfeeding as a challenge. Who shares our experience, when we struggle to breastfeed or our breastfeeding journey finishes before we are ready. This can be challenging to both ourselves and our baby. This week we share this journey, answer questions and provide support around feelings of grief and guilt in an open and sensitive way.

You're also welcome to have a chat with our breastfeeding educators about any concerns or challenges you may have or just to seek reassurance along your feeding journey.

You don't have to be breastfeeding to come along- ABA is here to support all parents, support people and care givers :)

Come when you can and leave when you need to- we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
