Advanced Silver Metal Clay with Fused Glass Cabochons
3-Session Workshop | Intermediate Metal Clay Experience Required
Friday 07/11/2025, 5pm to 8pm, Saturday 07/12/2025 11am-3pm and Friday 07/18,20255pm to 8pm
Bring together the brilliance of glass and the luster of pure silver in this hands-on, three-day intensive. Over three sessions, you’ll design, craft, and finish a 100% silver pendant perfectly fitted with your own fused glass cabochon:
Day 1 (2 hrs): Cut, shape, and decorate small glass cabochons. Fire in the kiln to prepare for silver integration.
Day 2 (4 hrs): Sculpt a solid silver pendant from metal clay—forming the backing, bezel, and bail. Texture and embellish with mats and cutouts. Fire in the kiln.
Day 3 (4 hrs): Grind, fit, and secure your chosen cabochon into the silver setting. Fire again to fuse glass and silver. Polish, finish, and refine your piece.
Pickup: Your completed pendants will be ready for pickup the following day. All materials and kiln firings are included.
