This workshop is a safe affirming and empowering space for women who are navigating the overlapping challenges of perimenopause ADHD and the relentless demands of life. Through conversation education validation and laughter participants will explore the realities of this often-overlooked intersection — and walk away with strategies support and a renewed sense of self.
Who It’s For:
Emily (your facilitator) is a deeply experienced mental health professional a military spouse and a mother of two neurodiverse children who recently completed her second master’s degree while managing the challenges of perimenopause and ADHD. With over 20 years in mental health and extensive work as a respite care provider for military families across all service branches she’s spent much of her life supporting others—often while quietly struggling herself. Emily also serves as an Indigenous death worker and advocate in the death positive movement holding space for conversations around dying grief and cultural healing. She’s now focused on building community by launching support-focused bookless book clubs—safe judgment-free spaces where women like her can connect be honest and show up exactly as they are.
