I recently took the Adult/Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid class with instructor Emily Vass, and it was a fantastic experience. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and made the training easy to follow, even though we covered a lot of information in a short time. The hands-on practice with CPR manikins and AED devices was especially helpful, and we also learned how to recognize the signs of an unresponsive person, along with how to administer Narcan and EpiPens. Emily’s clear explanations and real-world examples made everything easy to understand. I left the class feeling confident in my ability to respond in an emergency. I highly recommend this training and Emily as an instructor—she really knows her stuff and keeps the class engaging and practical.

Very informational and it moved at a good pave. I would recommend structured breaks because it felt weird walking out while the instructor was teaching.
