*Treat yourself and relax while enjoying Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. All you have to do is close your eyes and enjoy the healing sounds of these ceremonial ancient instruments.

Our goal is to help you feel good, no matter the weather. Due to the rain, this week’ sessions will take place online 💻 📱 🧘🏾‍♀️ so we can still move, breathe, and enjoy together from your cozy space ❤️

Make sure you feel comfortable, have your mat, a blanket, socks 🧦 and maybe a cozy cup of 🫖 🍵 nearby.
