This 2.5-hour workshop will focus on healing trauma, navigating toxic family relationships, and overcoming emotional and relational obstacles in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and gain clarity, validation, and strategies to help shift long-standing patterns and emotional burdens.
