Cuyahoga Ohio Horseman's Council is not hosting, but has planned an outing at the Angel's Haven Horse Rescue Lewis Road Ring Fun Show Sunday July 13th. We encourage Ohio Horseman's Council members, their family and friends and the community to come to the Fun Horse Show and enjoy an old-fashioned summer day out at beautiful Lewis Road Ring in the Cleveland Metroparks either enjoying a meal and watching the beautiful horses or participating in the various classes with your equine companion.
As our July activity Cuyahoga OHC Primary Members and Secondary members will receive a voucher for up to 3 Fun Show classes and/or a meal voucher. Our members purchasing the All-Day classes pass will be reimbursed $15. Spend the day or just a few hours. Please see an OHC officer at the fun show for your voucher(s). Please have your classes and meal purchased by 2pm.
The event consists of a judged fun show, misc. vendors, and food prepared by Angels Haven. The food is typically hamburgers, hot dogs, walking tacos, chips and cookies. The fun show has halter classes, Western and English equitation, and in the afternoon games like egg and spoon. A flyer is available with the classes lineup. Bring a chair to take advantage of the shade trees or sit in the bleachers. There is a trailhead there to ride or hike as well as the Fun Show event. The show relies on the condition of the Lewis Road Ring and weather in the area. Please check the Angels Haven Facebook Page for updates on the show.

Cuyahoga OHC Primary and Secondary Members will receive up to three free class entries or a $15 reimbursement if they are riding all day. Members will also receive a meal voucher ticket for lunch.

The Cleveland MetroParks open at 6 AM and close at 11 PM.
You must bring your own horse to the event if you wish to participate in the classes.
