Time: 10- 2pm

10:00 - 10:15 am - Meet and greet

Morning snack

10:30 - 11:30 am - nature / hike

12:00- 12:45 - yoga

12:45- 1:30 pm - sound bath

1:30 - 2:00 pm - journaling, sharing

2- 3pm - optional ( not included in price ) - lunch together
