Inner Summer Meditation Reiki Cricle

Join us for a gentle morning circle to reconnect with yourself, the season, and each other. Together, we’ll explore your inner summer, that part of you that feels open, bright, and ready to bloom.

We’ll begin by settling in with tea and light breathwork, then move into a guided meditation and reflection to uncover what’s ready to come forward for you in this season. Each participant will receive a channeled word intuitively chosen to support your intention, which you’ll wrap around your own hand-tied flower bundle to take home.

The experience also includes a short moment of individual Reiki and a closing ritual to release what you’re ready to let go of.
