About the event

Beauty Inside & Out Summer (7 - 10 yr olds)

Join us and our team as we offer an interactive mind and body experience for girls ages 7 to 10 years old. This self-esteem building experience will help girls learn to accept their unique differences and love themselves inside and out. Mindfulness, dietary education, yoga (with a certified yoga instructor) and art will be used to tap into their inner positive self.

*Challenge the myth of perfection
*Explore our unique gifts and areas of strength
*Learn self-care techniques and develop a self-care plan
*Explore techniques and skills that develop confidence in healthy ways
*Discover Kid-friendly techniques to improve leadership skills
