St. Clare, Courage to be Poor

St. Clare of Assisi was a woman great faith and courage. Our Franciscan brothers have a special love for sister Clare because she was a dear friend of St. Francis, but more so because she embodied true humility, charity and love.

Join Fr. Anthony Garibaldi, OFM as he shares the beautiful story of the life of St. Clare. For Clare, courage is to embrace Poverty, kiss Humility and to love God by loving others. Clare, born into a noble family, traded her comfort for a sackcloth, just like St. Francis.

Our Holy Father, Pope Francis, left us a precious gift during his final months. He blessed us with a Jubilee year called, Pilgrims of Hope. This is a great opportunity for you to come and discover how you can find your own courage to be poor by letting go of comfort, and instead actively seek to become a sign of hope and love for the world.
