FIT4MOM NCI- Fathers Day Craft Playgroup

Join us for a special *Father's Day Craft* playgroup! At FIT4MOM, we’re all about empowering moms through fitness while creating a supportive community. Our stroller strides classes offer a full-body workout for moms while their little ones enjoy the ride in the stroller. It’s a great way to get fit, have fun, and connect with other moms.

You don’t need a membership to join the craft, but if you'd like to try out a class beforehand, your first class is free! Our stroller strides class starts at 9:15 am, followed by the Father’s Day craft playgroup at 10:15 am.

Whether you’re a regular in our stroller strides classes or a newcomer, we’d love to have you join us for this fun event and to make memories with your little one!
