Sunrise Beach Yoga was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise.
My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community!No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you!
Sunrise Beach Yoga is held on Boynton Beach at Ocean Front Park at 6415N N Ocean Blvd.
Class Details: Class will start at 6:30am! Class is 60 minutes long. No Prior yoga experience required. Class will be an all levels hatha-vinyasa style yoga class.
What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people.
What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
There is no fee $ for class. All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME.
There is a large parking lot for you to park in. I recommend parking right where you pull in at the top. Use the park mobile app to pay for parking. Head to north end of the beach and walk down the boardwalk!
