EXPECT:
-Arrive at the ZP sleep temple, get yourself cosy and comfy and learn about sleep hygiene and the science behind it. Give your bedroom an audit score and share ideas with each other.
-We will then take a few somatic downshift moves, like a cat cow, twist and gentle rocking before lying back for a 25 minute guided Yoga Nidra Journey .
-We will then transition seamlessly into a 15 minute gentle sleep hypnosis , where you will learn how to install a “ sleep switch “ in your subconscious to use every night .
-We will gently emerge and spend some time reflecting and journaling before closing the session with any questions and collecting your take-home resources
**Hypnosis is safe, and anyone can be hypnotised. You will be conscious and aware during your hypnosis and can move at any time **
