Hot Stone Yin & Sound Recalibration

An indulgent evening of slow rest, intentional warmth, emotive music, and candle lit sound bowls. We nourish the body with seasonal Yin practices, plant medicine, hot stones, and seasonal crystal sound bowls. This evening is designed to return balance and harmony to your cells, support your brain state, and bring regulation to your nervous system.

Enjoy a 60-minute Yin practice, followed by a hot stone Yoga Nidra sleep, and finish with a healing soundscape of vibrational frequencies. Wake slowly to hot cacao being served — a plant medicine to ground, open the heart, and integrate the deep calm now moving through your body, mind, and energetic field. Enjoy all of this under the infrared heating panels, with a backdrop of emotive music, candle light and somber vibes.
