Full Moon Yin & Sound Recalibration

Gathering on the potency of a full moon to nourish the body with sound frequencies, plant medicine and seasonal Yin practices. Designed to return balance and harmony into your cells, recalibrating your nervous system.

Enjoy a 60 minute Yin practice, followed by a soundscape of healing frequencies, and cacao plant medicine to finish.

Using your rest and quiet time to set intentions for the month ahead, to unwire and reset.

Expect: This recharging energy rich event is open to all, with no yoga experiences required. You will be guided by Tahlea to understand the inner workings of your body's regulatory systems, utilising the wisdom of practices such as Yin yoga and sound frequencies to deepen your awareness of yourself, your experiences and ultimately cultivating more resources for your individual rest healing journey.
