Unifor Women's Self Defense
To all women members in Unifor Local 707 and 1256, we are hosting a Women's Self Defense course at Horizon Taekwondo in Oakville June 1st from 9 AM-12 PM, only 30 spots available. Join Aman Sandhu and his team for a fun and empowering day where you'll learn essential self-defense skills. Their professional instructors will teach you techniques to defend yourself in different situations. It's a great opportunity to boost your confidence and feel more secure. Don't miss out on this chance to enhance your self-defense knowledge in a supportive and friendly environment. Again this is a free course to Unifor Local 707/1256 women members, valid Union Card must be shown upon entry.
