Vereda Central Coffee Roasters is one of the first proper coffee shops I was exposed to when I first moved to Oakville, and is still among my top 3 cafés in the city. Their espresso based beverages are smooth, yet rich, bold, but not bitter. Any time I want a satisfying latté, this spot never disappoints. Let’s grab a bite or a beverage and practice our French language skills. 

Now that the weather is getting warmer, we can take our coffees and treats to go so we can chat, sip, and munch as we walk through the village. The pace will be a leisurely stroll and very free flowing. We can decide as a group while we’re in the moment which local shops, boutiques, and parks we want to explore.

These meetups are a no judgement zone where people of all French levels are welcome to speak, and it’s ok if there’s a little bit of “Franglais” thrown into the mix. ?
