Chakra Balancing Workshop

Join us for this mind/body workshop as we explore the seven primary energy centers (chakras) of the body. You’ll learn how chakras regulate the bodily system—impacting everything from emotional processing to disease resistance. Through intentional breathwork, we’ll guide our chakras into their natural and harmonic balance.
