Olympic Weightlifting with Mike Cerbus: Sunday, June 8th, 9AM - 5:30 PM

Learn how to build your technique and maximize your efficiency with gymnastics and weightlifting movements. Signature Power Method drills and techniques will be introduced and put into practice.

All levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome to join!
