This is the main event: the Sturgeon Full Moon in all her glowing fullness. “Moon Medicine: Release” is a floating sound bath that invites you to feel it all and let it go.

This sacred moon peaking at 12:54 AM on Saturday, August 9 offers clarity, release, and emotional renewal.🌝 You’ll float, breathe, and remember: you are water too.

💧 Two Ways to Experience the Medicine:

• Float Session : In-pool, weightless under the stars
• Earth Session : Poolside on yoga mats — for those grounded in presence

🎶 This Sound Bath Supports:

• Releasing old patterns + limiting beliefs
• Emotional clearing + reset
• Inviting growth, joy, and connection
• Restoring inner power and flow
