This is your gentle, pre-full moon soft opening into the weekend. “Moon Medicine: Activate” is a water-based sound bath designed for inward reflection, nervous system reset, and intention setting. It's for the journalers, the sensitives, the quiet magic makers. ✨

This sacred moon which peaks at 12:54 AM on Saturday, August 9 here in the Bay Area marks a time of abundance, clarity, and emotional release.🌝 Lunar energy is potent two days before and after the full moon, so both nights offer powerful opportunities to absorb its guidance and move what no longer serves.

💧 Two Ways to Experience the Medicine:

• Float Session : In-pool, weightless, cocooned in sound
• Earth Session : Poolside on yoga mats grounded, calm, present
