11:00 - 11:45 PM Mindful Movement 🧘🏽‍♀️Well with Avril will lead us through a gentle Vinyasa flow designed to release tension, promote stress relief, and cultivate breath-to-movement techniques. This session prepares the body and mind for deeper emotional work to follow.

Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess of abundance, beauty, and inner radiance—and in this 60-minute class, we’ll awaken her divine feminine essence within us through gentle movement, breathwork, and intention. This is more than a ritual or a meditation—it’s a full-bodied experience of aligning with prosperity from the inside out.
