Saturday Sweat Camp - Summer 2024 Kickoff!

Summer 2025 is here! 💪😉

Enjoy a full body workout to build endurance and tone up for those tank tops and shorts! Just bring a yoga mat and water!

Workout session features core, cardio, muscular endurance, and mobility focuses. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modified exercises provided as needed.

First session is free!! $5 per person after that. Cash and E-pay options available.
