Seth Meyers Live: A Benefit for Chilmark Preschool

On Monday, August 18 at 7:30 p.m., Emmy Award-winning comedian and late-night host Seth Meyers will perform live at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School's Performing Arts Center to benefit the nonprofit Chilmark Preschool and our campaign to build a brand new school facility.

Expect an evening full of laughs, heartfelt moments, and some top-tier dad jokes, all for a great cause: helping give Island kids a permanent space to learn and grow and helping provide affordable, reliable childcare for our local workforce.

Chilmark Preschool currently operates out of a leased classroom at the Chilmark School on the Beetlebung campus. Increasing demand for toddler and preschool care for working families–combined with an increase in the elementary school populations–has forced the Preschool to seek a new home. On June 27, 2025, the Preschool officially broke ground on the new facility, which will double the number of young children they are able to serve and allow them to enroll toddler-age children, a highly underserved population, for the first time.
