Join teachers Nat, Denby & Emily for 90 minutes of pure relaxation where you will be guided through gentle Yoga postures & Yoga Nidra mediation combined with an unforgettable sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls. These crystal singing bowls are tuned to the 432 Hertz scale, a frequency believed to harmonize with the human body’s cells. This tuning adds an extra layer to the healing potential of these musical instruments, offering a more resonant and soothing experience.
This immersion is perfect for anyone new to restorative yoga but also a chance for seasoned students to explore more depth and insight within their own restorative practice. Be ready to totally relax and let go and enter a sate of pure bliss.
