FREE YOGA PARK FRIDAYS

Join us for a refreshing morning practice in the open air at beautiful Pavilion Shore Park. This all-levels, mat-based yoga class invites you to move, breathe, and connect — with yourself, the earth beneath you, and the morning sun above.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of Walled Lake, this outdoor class will help you ground your energy, open your body, and greet the day with intention. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through a balanced sequence accessible to all.
Please bring:
Your own yoga mat
Water to stay hydrated
Any sun protection you may need (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
