Jeffrey Goad, Senior Vice President, Polyurethanes and Performance Foams is a lifelong West Virginian and a graduate of Marshall University. He spent most of his 37-year career in research and development with Union Carbide and Dow Chemical, and has been with Rubberlite for 10 years, leading technology development for polyurethanes and performance foams. He has authored patents in spray coatings, supercritical fluid CO2 process technology, and gas-phase polypropylene process and technology.

James Ryan Cooper, Laboratory and Technical Service Manager, has 26 years of experience managing an ISO-17025 accredited laboratory, testing and characterizing foams and collaborating with suppliers, sales and manufacturing to source and develop products for customer applications. Cooper has also been active in standards development for the past 17 years with ASTM, currently chairman of sub-committee D20.22 Cellular Materials – Plastics and Elastomers.
