A 6-Week Kundalini Journey for Seasonal Alignment – Starting First Week of September
I am delighted to offer another 6-week Kundalini Journey, starting Tues 2nd September at 1:30 pm Yantra Studio Norwich As the seasons change, our bodies, minds, heart and spirits require recalibration.
From early September through to mid October, we’ll journey together through practices designed to align you with the energetic flow of this time of year, impacting your wellbeing on all levels, creating emotional stability, balancing your inner and outer worlds and stepping into your deep power.
✨ The Journey Includes:
- 6 x 90-minute Kundalini Yoga sessions at Yantra Studio
- A WhatsApp community space for sharing your unfoldings, Kundalini music, meditations, and inspiration
- A weaving of Kundalini kriya’s, breathwork, mantra and relaxation to guide you through these 6 weeks
🌀 Flow of the 6 Weeks:
Week 1: Anchoring into Virgo season, clearing and reorganising after summer
Week 2: Gentle release and integration
Week 3:Inner balance and heart opening
[One Week Break w/c 22nd Sept]
Week 4: Grounding nervous system upgrades
Week 5: Introspection Week
Week 6: Shedding & alchemising

To confirm the booking with the venue, I need a minimum number of participants by 25th August. If we don’t reach that, the series will be postponed and all payments refunded. This helps me secure the studio and maintain a balance between intimacy and spaciousness. I ask for support and help if you want this journey to go ahead. I know they have all been well and truly loved and enjoyed by all who commit and join, so iI invite you to also share with friends, family or partners that are may be curious and open to perhaps trying something new and seeing what it brings you, I can assure you it will improve your capacity for consistency, commitment and more awareness in your inner and outer worlds along with so much more!
