Experience a sensation of freedom, soaring and lightness as you surrender into sound. The heart of this experience is the beautiful, emotional 'Lark Ascending' by Vaughan Williams.

You'll be guided through relaxation and deep listening to open you, ready to receive the vibrationally shifting Tibetan and crystal sound healing, helping to restore harmony to out of balance vibrations — caused by stress, illness, or emotional challenge.

You'll then experience live classical violin and piano music played live by exceptional musicians: pianist, sound healer and founder of Lie Down and Listen Christina McMaster and stunning violinist Philippa Mo.​

In a deeply relaxed state, you'll be open to emotional release and surrender into the spiritual realm as you feel the music, even before you hear it.
