Pregnancy Yoga 6.15-7.45pm Mondays

In my Pregnancy class you can take some time out in your week to focus on yourself and connect with your baby/ies. Learn how to use gentle, pregnancy specific yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation to support your body and mind through pregnancy, labour and birth. and to prepare for motherhood. Classes include: movement to support your pregnancy, positive birthing, active birthing, relaxation and breathing techniques. They are a place to come to relax, unwind, and meet other pregnant ladies.
My classes are a safe space, welcoming a wonderful pregnant community to come together to celebrate their growing babies, to connect and share experiences, and learn useful techniques to support them through this magical time.
No previous yoga experience needed.

For the class you will need a yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and if possible a birthing ball
Booked in half-term blocks which includes an on-demand bundle of resources including 4 full length pregnancy class videos, shorter video practices and a PDF toolkit of techniques learnt in class to use at home.
