Mum and Baby Yoga - Northwich

Come and join us to meet other new parents and babies in our safe, friendly classes. Includes gentle postnatal recovery through yoga and movement specific to the postnatal period including pelvic floor recovery, some gentle fun movement for your baby including techniques to support sleep and digestion issues. Learn to support yourself and baby through relaxation, and there's plenty of time to have fun with songs and rhymes.

Includes access to 4 pre-recorded class videos to use at home.
No previous yoga experience required.

Most suitable for babies from 10 weeks. (younger babies welcome but please message me for more info) Not suitable for crawling babies.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket to class.

Price - booked in half term blocks - works out £10 per class. You can join part way through and pay pro-rata to the end of the block. (to book a part block please message me)
