Drumming for Wellbeing

Join me for an afternoon of drumming designed to soothe the nervous system, focus the mind and build community. No experience is necessary, total beginners welcome.
drums will be provided. There will be a chance to play guided rhythms and a chance for some musical meditation and creativity. I am a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner and am DBS checked.
